The Senior Road User Hub quiz was developed by Monash University Accident Research Centre and was informed by research with input from specialists in the fields of geriatrics, psychology and road safety.
The Senior Road User Hub quiz is not a diagnostic or assessment tool and you should consult your doctor or other health and licensing professionals about your driving if you have any concerns.
The quiz is designed to understand your current circumstances and provide guidance on how to engage in self-reflection.
- To start the quiz use the ‘Start Senior Road User Quiz’ button on the homepage or in the top right corner from any page on the Hub
- Once you have commenced the quiz you will progress through a range of questions related to your health, public transport use, driving experiences and car purchases.
- When all questions are completed you will be taken to a recommendations page which provides the most relevant topics and articles for you.
- Explore the recommended articles.
- You can send the articles to yourself or to family and friends via email
- Add the articles to the bookmark section and come back later.
The quiz is designed to understand details of your current circumstances and use that information to suggest the most appropriate content for you, this may not be perfect as there are many factors that are specific to your individual situation that we are unable to capture in the quiz.
The quiz is also designed to provide guidance on the questions to ask yourself when you are reflecting on where your driving is at.
